**NPD Lead**

**Maternity Cover: 12-month Fixed Term Contract, 40 hours per week.**

We have a rare and exciting opportunity within our Procurement Team for a NPD Lead, fixed term for 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave. This role involves coordinating and leading new packaging developments (across all owned brands). Ensuring new packaging concepts are technically viable and delivered to agreed timescales.

- Ensure the confidentiality of the Company’s business at all times.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to present complex topics either verbally or in written formats.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience of working in a NPD role, preferably within the Scotch Whisky industry.
- Relevant experience of working in brand change with packaging materials and evidence of project delivery at both standard and prestige levels.
- Knowledge of the whisky industry regulations.
- Willing to travel to suppliers and or design houses
- so full and clean drivers licence required.

**Fixed term 12-month position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
