**Purpose of role**

**This is a maternity cover role however opportunities may arise in the future with Chestnut.**

The role is focused on supporting the People Team to accomplish all People related tasks, by providing a full range of human resources support to all functions of the business, being responsible for the day-to-day operational and administration of People activities and ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting with day to day operations of the People functions and duties:

- Provides accurate data and reports to other departments:

- Ensure the timely and accurate update of all HR records;
- Provides support and guidance on Employee relations;
- HR Administration - Employee file, Employee Surveys, Exit & 90-day reviews;
- Providing administrative and logístical support to the Academy including travel and Accommodation bookings and training co-ordination - Senior Management positions;
- To consistently monitor the integrity and management of the data on S4 system, ensuring accuracy of data and systems usage;
- Accountable for the administration of Recognition & Benefits program as well as all communications material;
- Preparation and distribution of offer letters, contracts and starter packs - Senior Management & HO Positions;
- To act as the first line of contact and support for HR Systems
- To support in the organisation of Team Building activities and events and People Campaigns;
- Any Ad Hoc Duties as instructed by the Line Manager.
