Our client, an established architectural practice are seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their team based in Chichester. You will have the opportunity to work for an architectural practice that have an excellent reputation in thearea for working on various residential, education and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to work on within a busy architectural practice.

The most successful Architectural Technician / Technologist should have excellent technical ability and should be able to display this with a high-quality portfolio. Revit proficiency is essential for anyone wishing to apply. The most successful ArchitecturalTechnician / Technologist should be confident working from RIBA Stage 3 onwards. The most suitable Architectural Technician / Technologist should have good experience within the residential or educational sectors, as this is the sector that our client predominantlyworks within. Excellent client facing skills & communication skills will also be a key element of this job.

This is an exciting opportunity for an intermediate level Architectural Technician / Technologist to join an expanding architectural practice, there is also a path to progression into a Senior position for the right person.

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- Excellent knowledge of Revit
- Commuting distance to Chichester
- 3 years+ experience after graduating
- Ability to work efficiently, independently & diligently to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail and maintaining high standards of work
- Strong communication skills
- Good Revit ability
- Experience working in the residential or education sectors
