**Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator**

Our client is a highly recognised motorcycle brand with real heritage in the UK and internationally. In supporting and further developing their position within the UK and European motorcycle sector, we are seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator whowill support the UK and European Logistics Team.

The fully remote (work from home) role is designed to ensure that all bikes, apparel, GMA and parts are shipped on time and in full to all our client's UK dealers. Products are sourced from manufacturing facilities and shipped directly into warehouses, forfurther distribution to the dealer network - who in turn then supply the end user.

**Reporting to the Warehouse Manager (International Business) your key responsibilities will include**:
Work with a selection of third-party logistics companies to ensure all goods are delivered in line with agreed service-level agreements (SLA's).

Placing all orders for products and planning of all aspects, from order to delivery to our channel partners.

Manages the shipping workflow and other warehouse operations, assigning tasks and work orders to warehouse associates.

Maintains the daily shipping and receiving schedule.

Dispatches and answers inbound truck orders.

Reviews open and closed sales orders and invoices.

Creates and files sales orders, invoices, productivity reports, packing lists, and other documentation.

Coordination of all materials to ensure they are moved, stored, and segregated correctly in the warehouse.

Planning and organising Warehouse operations.

Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set SLA's.

Manual stock checks and date checks of warehouse inventory.

Coordinate a team with safety and efficiency as priorities.

Ensuring orders are processed and goods arrive at the required warehouse within the agreed timescales.

Ensure all goods are processed accurately and correctly in accordance with our Warehouse Management System.

Manage the compliance activity relating to customs control documentation, managing communications between warehouses, shippers, and customs authorities.

Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent or have on the job experience from a similar role.

The ability to support the UK/EU Warehouse manager and help set up best practices and new 'ways of working' for this new project.

Understanding inbound processes from outside the EU and within the EU is essential to this role, as is ensuring full compliance with all Customs Legislation.

Experience of inventory control and dispatch processes.

Able to build relationships with the third party logistics providers to help ensure communications are swift and accurate.

Full UK driving Licence.
