Digital Marketing Executive

**Salary**: £27,000 + Company Bonus

Bonus Scheme: Yes

Work Location: Home and Office when required

Hours: Monday - Friday 0900-1700 - flexible hours and days considered

Digital Marketing Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

- Designs builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimises spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
- Utilises strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Identifies critical conversion points, drop-off points and optimises user funnels.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluates emerging technologies.
- Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Digital Marketing Qualifications / Skills:

- Creating and maintaining client relationships
- Self-motivated yet customer-focused
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

- Degree in marketing or a related field / Higher level Marketing qualification.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad-serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimising PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- To direct marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
- To ensure a clear message is established to our customers / markets.
- To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
- To manage the entire marketing product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
