Shannon Site Solutions, based in Randalstown, requires a joinery/handyman for FM schemes throughout NI on retail/office schemes, minimum 40hrs/week but will be required to do overtime including occasional night shifts.

Essential Criteria:

- Have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
- Ability to deal with site clients in a professional manner, manage workload and use own initiative on a range of planned and reactive calls
- Flexibility around normal working hours to meet client needs, including night shifts and weekend working
- Carry out other tasks as necessary eg: painting, minor plumbing tasks, etc
- Full clean driving licence
- Valid CSR card

Desirable: First Aid training, asbestos awareness, plant/machinery cards.

Immediate start available.

**Salary**: From £1,234.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
