**Whats the Enquiry Specialist role about?**
- 1st point of contact for customers
- Clarifying their needs
- Booking appointments with the sales team
- Record enquiries with accurate data
- Keeping digital records of all communication

**What our client is looking for?**
- An excellent communicator
- Experience in digital and telesales
- Can hit targets consistently
- Must love talking with customers
- Experience of dealing with challenging conversations is a must
