- We are a new & dynamic hospitality team charged with creating 1 The Island Quarter to be a sustainable business, transforming it into a cultural hub, a new and exciting destination for experiencing food, arts, music, sporting events and other community interests. The first phase consists of 2 restaurants - Binks Yard and Cleaver & Wake, an outside live events space with a bandstand and an internal venue for private functions, a rooftop terrace as well as a florist._

**Binks Yard**

Our Binks Yard team care about our guests, from our front of house team welcoming you in, our bar team serving up not only drinks but an experience and our kitchen team creating a plate that excites and delights you. They care about each other as well as our guests, our open plan kitchen allows you to see the dishes being crafted and our team will focus on ensuring Binks Yard becomes a regular occurrence for your occasions.

**Cleaver & Wake**

Cleaver & Wake is more than a restaurant, it is an experience. Our menu allows you to be taken on a food journey, cooked in our open kitchen by our very skilled and passionate chefs. Our knowledgeable bar team will pair drinks that heighten your experience and our front of house team know no bounds on ensuring that you are taken care of. Cleaver & Wake is a place where memories are made.

As a TIQ Receptionist, you will need to have experience in working in a fast paced, high quality hospitality venue and will bring with you your great understanding of customer needs, how to remain calm under pressure and excellent communication skills.

This role will be the face of our brands so you will use your knowledge of all restaurant offerings and adapt to each guest request, you will liaise with the Cleaver & Wake team supporting with hosting in the evenings. You will also have the opportunity to support the events team with enquiries and with no 2 days being the same, you will be flexible in your rota, working on average 30 to 40 hours a week on a 30 hour contract.

Learning the different brands, there are opportunities to develop your career into different restaurants should this be something you are interested in, but we also will support you to develop in this role.
