Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes following traditional recipes
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Assist in the preparation of other meals as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Maker or similar role
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques specific to sushi making
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
