**The Master Technician / Mechanic role**:
As a Master Diagnostic Technician, you will play a very important role in achieving our organisational goals. With great technical knowledge and a passion for problem solving, a technician will work to service and repair vehicles with the customer in mindat all times. Knowledgeable and professional, you’ll work in your team to maximise workshop utilisation and productivity, delivering excellent quality to the customer and without compromising safety.

This role would suit a Main Dealer qualified Master Technician who is looking to increase their OTE and knowledge of Hybrid technology. As a qualified Diagnostic Technician, you will be able to do all the duties of a licenced Diagnostic Technician and wishto progress to the next level; Master Diagnostic Technician status, or need to renew your existing Master Diagnostic Technician licence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
+ Liaising with customers where appropriate to offer details technical explanations, building rapport and delivering complete customer satisfaction
+ Working as a full centre of the team supporting Apprentice Technicians and Less-Skilled Colleagues
+ Working alongside the Service Advisor team by reposting on technical problems when needed.
+ Complying with both Jemca and Toyota’s processes and standards
+ Carrying out each job within the budgeted time as set out on the job card to maintain own labour productivity.
+ Ensuring vehicle returns are kept to an absolute minimum and that work being released is right first time.

**About you**:
+ Relevant experience in a technical workshop environment.
+ Be a licensed Pro Technician.
+ A clean, current driving licence.
+ Be able to interact with customers to deliver a great service.
+ Work efficiently under pressure.
