**Rent Administrator based in Seaham**

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking to recruit a property management rent administrator to work in our client’s arrears section of their property management hub.

It can be a demanding yet fulfilling role where you will need to have the ability of managing different priorities at the same time.

You will need to have excellent communication skills as keeping everyone informed is a crucial part of the role.

You will need to work well under pressure and be organized and methodical in your approach.

Property management experience is desired but not essential as full training will be provided.

**A day in the life of a Rent Administrator**
- You will check for arrears/missed rent daily
- You will liaise with landlords, tenants & local councils
- You will negotiate and secure payment plans for arrears
- You will work with our legal dept to issue notices
- You will supply rent statements to tenants and landlords

The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday as well as one Saturday in three, from 9am -12pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £21,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
