As a forward-thinking education trust, the business has recognised the necessity to support applicants’ needs to work remotely. This role has a Senior HR Advisor responsibility for 7 very different schools with approx. 500 staff where you will support thePrinciples and Senior Management teams to manage their own ‘people agenda’.

There will be infrequent requirements for you to be onsite at all locations in Birmingham & London, and if you would prefer the office environment daily you would be welcome to base yourself at any of these locations.

Education experience is not a prerequisite, but you will have experience working in fast-paced, complex work environments and be used to managing many HR issues simultaneously You will have strong key-stakeholder management experience including being ableto influence and ‘push back’. Also, a solid generalist CV that supports, in particular, employee relations, ER casework, union exposure, performance & attendance management.

This role reports to a Senior HR Professional and this individual will offer as much guidance as required to ensure you are supported in your new role whilst giving you the freedom to deliver on your agenda.
