**Marketing Campaign Coordinator (Hybrid) t**

**Wallingford, Oxfordshire**

**Details: FTC Until April 2024**

**Location: Wallingford Oxfordshire**

**Hours: 9am - 5.30pm - Monday to Friday (2 days in the office & 3 days working home) Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire**

**As Hybrid Marketing Campaign Coordinator your duties will be**:

- Attract clientele to enter the competition via personal contact with key influencers
- Promote the competition via various media and social networking sites across UK sites.
- Design and implement marketing plans that will engage target group of clientele, raise the profile of target jobs and generate client registrations.
- Host webinars and attend off site careers events to promote the competition.
- Update and maintain contact databases.
- Set up documented processes for customer management to consistently deliver a high quality customer service.
- Following both your own ideas and direction from others, input and run working process improvements as we strive to deliver optimum team performance.

**About you**:

- Creative, aligned with excellent proof-reading, a keen eye for detail and a strong visual aesthetic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable with generating and communicating new marketing ideas across a range of platforms.
- IT literate, strong Excel skills, able to multi-task and quickly learn new systems and skills.
- The ability to get stuck in, work as an important member of a small but committed team.
