My client, a southeast London local authority, seek an experienced Early Help Coordinator to start an ongoing temporary booking asap.

It is an exciting time to join Family Thrive, my clients' integrated Targeted Family Support Team, within the Early Help provision. They are looking for an Early Help Coordinator who is passionate about supporting families in receiving the right supportat the earliest stage to improve outcomes for children and families.

We recognise that providing early help support as soon as worries arise within families, is the best means to support families, as this can prevent crises and help families overcome challenges.We have high aspirations for all our children across our diversecommunities and put local people at the heart of decision-making, working in partnership with them to provide quality services that are responsive, effective, and efficient.

**The role**
The Early Help Coordinator role in Family Thrive will be based in the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) full time, to support referrers in identifying the right level of support, and best services to support families. The Early Help Coordinator will be anintegral part of the Family Thrive Service, and will be working alongside Family Practitioners, Senior Family Practitioners and Senior Therapists while managed by a Hub Manager.

**Location**
We are based across Lewisham, with the main office in Catford SE6, an area that has excellent transport links and is just 15mins from London Bridge. As the Early Help Coordinator, you will be based in the MASH.

Whilst the service is primarily office based, we operate a hybrid approach whereby you may be required to work both in the office and from home as determined by service requirements.

About You:

- Experience of delivering of high quality, outcome focussed support to children, young people, and their families
- A track record of working inclusively and collaboratively to successfully build relationships and partnerships, both internally and externally, and the ability to establish trust and credibility.
- Ability to break down barriers to give families a positive experience and genuine hope for the future.
- A creative and solution focussed approach to challenges and a commitment to continued development of skills and expertise
- An understanding of effective practice, child and adolescent development, family support models and evidence-based practice as well the importance of contextual working and environmental factors.
- Motivation to embrace anti-discriminatory and anti-racist practice

Hourly rate £21.96 PAYE / £27.18 LTD UMB
