Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress with Bartender experience to join our team at Dosa Park Cirencester. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Your attention to detail, knowledge of mixology, and friendly demeanor will contribute to creating a memorable experience for our patrons.

**Duties**:

- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is a must
- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
