**Hospitality Team Leader**

**Inner Temple - London, EC4Y**

**42.5 hours per week**

**£28,500, plus all overtime at Time and a Half**

Searcys provides the catering at the Inner Temple, across the multiple function rooms, meeting rooms, Main Hall, Private Members' restaurant, and in the Inner Temple Gardens.

The Hospitality Team Leader will ensure the smooth and efficient service of the catering department. They will support the Floor Managers with the daily operation, staff training and onboarding processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To manage and execute smaller internal and external events.
- To prepare and deliver food and beverages to guests in designated meeting spaces.
- To serve our guests with the highest level of customer service, with maximum speed, efficiency and always with a smile.
- To collect laundry, and food and beverage deliveries as directed.
- To work on a licenced bar serving alcoholic beverages.
- To work on coffee machines.

**Key Skills required**:

- To be able to work without supervision and take initiative over duties and tasks without be directed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player.
- Demonstrates high level of organisation and ability to multitask.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office is desirable.
