On this graduate scheme, you would be joining one of the largest food manufacturers in the UK. Their product portfolio includes some of the best known brands across a range of sectors including frozen foods, desserts, spreads and cooking sauces - you'd find at least one of their brands in over 94% of British households

**Graduate Leadership Programme - Procurement - Food Industry**

This is an amazing opportunity to kick start your career. You will be given the opportunity to gain fantastic exposure to all elements within the buying and procurement process whilst gaining your CIPS qualification, a global qualification within supply and purchasing.

During the scheme, you will have direct access to a dedicated and specialist mentor to enable you to become an expert in your field in good time. Rotating across the department, you will engage in projects and day-to-day tasks in everything the business needs from materials to energy and everything in between.

Key responsibilities:

- Negotiating with suppliers to get the best possible price for the business while still ensuring a partnership
- To continue to grow and build current supplier relationships
- Always keeping a look out for better suppliers
- Involvement in projects surrounding supplier evaluation and efficiency
- Supporting global strategy projects

**Requirements**:

- 2:1 (or equivalent) or above in business, economics or a related discipline
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Ability to attend an online assessment centre on the 27th of Feb, to start September 2023
