Accounts Receivable Clerk

Adele Carr Financial Recruitment are currently working with a several local businesses to support them with finding temporary Accounts Receivable Clerks for roles that can last 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Some of these roles also have the capacity to move permanent.

This is a temporary role initially with a view to it being extended due to the amount of work that needs to be completed within the business, We are looking for somebody who has an Accounts receivable background and can really hit the ground running.

The client has provided me with some key criteria to be considered for this role;
Must have proven experience working as a Accounts Receivable Clerk

Must be able to make an instant impression and hit the ground running

Must be flexible and adaptable to the role

Tasks and responsibilities;
Issue invoices for goods and/or services rendered

Establish which customers are to receive terms and what those terms will be, as well as the circumstances under which terms are to be offered

Follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of payment

Negotiate payments and adjust delivery schedules as applicable

Maintain an invoicing system

Develop efficient payment systems
