Precast Operative

My client is a leading designer and manufacturer of precast concrete retaining walls, beam and block flooring and bespoke precast solutions, offering a nationwide service. The core business principles are to manufacture quality concrete solutions and toprovide a complimentary support service from design through to customer aftercare. At the present we are looking for a **Precast Operator** to join the team on a permanent position.

**Duties**:

- Actively participating in precast concrete manufacturing, which may include the pouring, smoothing, or cleaning of the materials and precast moulds
- Operating the production equipment such as cranes and forklifts
- First line maintenance and inspections
- Working as a team to ensure a quality product is produced for the client and targeted volumes are delivered
- Role modelling an exemplary approach to Health and Safety, contributing proactively to a safe working environment and working collaboratively to build a culture of continuous improvement
