We’re looking for a **Reward Analyst** to join our specialist Reward team within HR, initially for a period of 6 months providing maternity cover as well as supporting a variety of key projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an existingReward Analyst who is looking to gain experience across all areas of Reward with a large employer (over 15,000 employees).
Alongside supporting day to day activities across a wide range of cyclical and ad-hoc Reward activities, this role also offers the unique opportunity to get involved with various Group wide pay and benefit integration projects, resulting from the Connells acquisitionof Countrywide in 2021.
As part of a specialist team, this broad and varied role will work closely with the Reward Manager and the Head of Reward to ensure that Connells Group offers a competitive pay and benefits package across a wide range of roles within a complex Group structure,whilst providing an exceptional level of service to managers and colleagues across all levels of the business.
**Key responsibilities of the Reward Analyst include**:

- Supporting all operational aspects of cyclical reward activities across the Group, including: medical and risk benefit renewals, pension re-enrolment, bonus / incentive awards and pay reviews and associated employee communications
- Working with third party providers to maintain and administer all benefit schemes
- Recording and monitoring employee benefits take up, recommending changes as required
- Provision of reward related MI and statistics
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, for example preparation of equal pay audits, automatic enrolment to pensions, gender pay gap reporting and National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage analysis
- Support tendering and retendering processes in conjunction with the Reward Manager and Procurement function
- Assisting with ad hoc HR activities and projects, including preparation and provision of accurate data
- Support with job evaluations/levelling, maintaining appropriate records
- Support with day to day benefit queries from employees and the wider HR team e.g. PMI and pensions

**Experience required to be successful as a Reward Analyst for Connells Group**:

- Previous experience in a Reward role or HR role with involvement in pensions, risk benefits, medical benefits and voluntary / salary sacrifice benefits
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to compile, analyse and communicate often complex data in the most appropriate format and tone depending on the recipient
- Knowledge of Job Evaluation processes (ideally WTW)
- A proactive and customer centric approach with strong relationship building skills
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
