**YOUR ROLE**:

- Manage the Demand Planning process and the local Sales and Operation planning process for the assigned portfolio
- Create a launch plan and monthly sales forecast for New Product Introductions for the full marketing year based on business case
- Works closely with Sales and Marketing to gather market intelligence and improve Forecast Accuracy and Bias
- Continuously improve forecasting techniques and methods
- Steer replacement of old products by creating a phase-in-out timing model and inform Supply Chain and Sales accordingly
- Anticipate and recognize out of stock situations, developing alternatives with Supply Chain

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- University Degree level or equivalent
- Previous Demand Planning experience
- Knowledge of SAP and APO-DP would be an advantage
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Great attention to detail and proactivity
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team
