An exciting opportunity has arisen to take over the catering concession and whole F&B including Bar and Events at this leading North of England Golf Club on a franchise basis.

Regarded as one of the most picturesque courses it is a firm favourite with both members, the local community and those who choose to visit from all over the golfing world

The Club has over 500 playing members, an additional social members and thriving junior, senior and ladies sections. Coupled with an extremely busy diary of golf society and visitor bookings throughout the year, this family friendly clubhouse is a constant hive of activity.

My client is committed to delivering the best possible experience on the course and in the bars and restaurant for all, and are looking for the right person or management couple to continue and expand on this vision on a franchise agreement with a rolling 1 year contract.

The onsite facilities include a restaurant, main lounge area, an outdoor seating terrace with far reaching views of the course, with 2-3 further conference rooms. There is a fully equipped commercial kitchen.

Appropriate qualifications are essential and although previous proven experience in the golf club catering environment/sector is desirable it is not essential. More importantly you should possess the commercial business acumen, initiative and enthusiasm to help drive this already successful business forward. T/o last year June-June was in excess of £300K for the F&B facility. There are also extensive onsite car parking and hard ground for further marquee opportunities.
