**Systems Programme Content Specialist**
£34,000 - £37,500 plus great benefits (Work level 6A)
Manchester city centre - hybrid working

We’re looking for a Systems Programme Content Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition and Development team. It’ll be your job to design and deliver a range of process and system-based training to a diverse audience across the Co-op, with a particular emphasis on SAP and Enable Now.

You’ll be involved in the entire lifecycle of learning, from gathering requirements from key partners, right through to the creation, organisation, and delivery of all facilitated system training sessions. It’s a big job, but if you can bring us the great technical and communication skills that we need, then we can offer you the chance to develop your skills whilst having a real impact on the way we do business.

**What you’ll do**
- Work with key partners to gather learning and development needs across the business
- Design, deliver, and implement learning; through Train the Trainer knowledge transfer, classroom based and/or virtual delivery
- Build meaningful, cross-functional relationships across the Centre of Excellence and wider business teams
- Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition and Development team to make sure that SAP Enable Now / system training activity is present and reportable via the Learning and Development centralised plan
- Design and deliver training that is cost effective, sustainable, and right for our end user
- Act as an expert for the SAP Enable Now platform, maintaining an excellent working knowledge of the system
- Produce and distribute appropriate training evaluation reports as required

**This role would suit people who have**
- Experience of designing and delivering content within a learning management system such as SAP Enable Now
- An understanding of how to manage the full lifecycle of learning, from scope through to delivery
- The ability to organise time and prioritise work effectively
- Familiarity with functional design documents and transformation programme processes
- The ability to translate complex information into a solution that’s impactful and suitable for our end users
- A commitment to helping colleagues to develop in their role
