**Responsibilities**:
As an SIA Static Security Officer at a large-scale construction site in the energy industry, you will be responsible for the following:

- **Access Control**:

- Monitor and control site access, verifying credentials and ensuring all visitors sign in and out.
- Escort visitors as necessary.
- **Patrolling**:

- Conduct regular patrols of the site to detect unusual activity, hazards, or security breaches.
- Report suspicious activities promptly.
- **Surveillance**:

- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms or security breaches.
- Maintain detailed logs of all surveillance activities and incidents.
- **Incident Management**:

- Respond to emergency situations, including fire alarms and medical emergencies.
- Liaise with emergency services and prepare incident reports.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Promote a safe working environment by identifying and reporting hazards.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide professional and courteous service to all personnel and visitors.
- Assist with directions and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- **Site Security Management**:

- Enforce site-specific security procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work with other security personnel to ensure comprehensive site coverage.
- Communicate effectively with the site management team on security matters.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Valid SIA License is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or industrial Static guarding
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient with security technology, such as CCTV and access control systems.
- Physically fit for patrol duties.

Requirements: Driving licence essential - Own car essential
