**Responsibilities**:

- **Copy writing** - design the monthly awareness newsletter - aimed at existing employees.
- **Collateral design** (posters, leaflets, wallet-sized cards)
- **Website set-ups** - for large customers/products - small design changes, customized versions.
- **Competitor analysis** - tracking competitors and monitoring the market.
- **Linked-In** - regular posts to drive brand awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Have some relevant experience in a junior B2B marketing role.
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced small business environment, where flexibility and adaptability are essential.
- Possess good analytical, copywriting, inter-personal and communication skills.
- Strong MS Office experience and some technical web / design experience.
- 3 office days and 2 home-working days per week.
- UK experience is essential
