Our luxury client is looking for a dedicated and passionate Supervisor to join their team on a Fixed-Term Contract for 1 year. You must be able to demonstrate a strong level of organisational skills as well a passion for people. As a large part of your role will be supporting all activities to achieve all objectives. This will be done by ensuring exemplary clientelling and customer service.

Hours of work will consist of 5 out of 7 days covering 40 hours per week.
- Play an active role on the shop floor demonstrating leadership and focusing on client engagement.
- Support with daily team briefings, communicating relevant and recent updates and trends.
- Help management with promoting brand awareness, establishing presence and other company development.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Work with the stock manager to ensure organisation and guidelines are achieved.
- Ensure onboarding for new starters is consistent.
- Attract, recruit and retain a team with high performance.
- Increase and maintain customer loyalty through certifying that the team provide excellent customer service and after sales experience.
- Capture client data for relationship building to develop opportunities.
- Understand KPI’s and be able to strategise when targets are not met.
- Previous experience within sales and client management within luxury retail.
- Have previously managed a team, and have proven ability.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be able to analyse selling reports and identify business trends.
- A passion and interest for fashion and current trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- You must be self-motivated with a desire to progress personally and professionally.
- Appreciation of the product and a love for the brand.
- Confident, friendly personality, with the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.

A degree within a relevant industry would be seen as advantageous for this position but is not required.
