This is a varied job with part of the role being front facing as a Receptionist and part working as an Administrator in the Sales department.
**Duties will include**:

- Answering inbound calls
- Referencing incoming enquiries from Customers in preparation for the Estimating team
- Quoting the enquires back to Customers once receiving prices from Estimating
- Carrying out Health and Safety Induction with visitors and starters
- Monitoring and ordering of supplies
- General administration supporting the Sales Team
- At least 1 years Administration experience
- Receptionist experience beneficial
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft
- Have a confident telephone manner
