**Position**:
The Receptionist acts as a first point of contact, playing a key role in ensuring that callers, clients, customers and visitors have a highly positive engagement with the Bank.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications/Experience**

Previous Reception experience a must, good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, working knowledge of other MS Office packages.

**Competencies/soft skills**:

- Professional manner and presentation
- Approachable, friendly personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to prioritise work and demands from all departments, effectively managing multiple meeting bookings
- Team player - working closely with the Facilities Team and the Assistants to the Executives
- Organisation

**Other information**:
To provide a full range of reception services, including, but not restricted to:

- Meeting and greeting guests to the office
- Providing refreshments for guests
- Maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring all areas are kept tidy at all times
- Booking in guests via the online portal
- Taking main switchboard calls
- Meeting room calendar management
- Updating the internal phone list
- Arranging Wi-Fi access for guests
- Booking couriers and special deliveries
- Assisting the company PA’s when required
- Booking catering facilities, e.g. for the monthly Board meeting
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing post
- Administration duties, e.g. assisting departments in preparing large volumes of post
- Covering for the Facilities Manager/Facilities Assistant during absences and assisting the facilities team with other business-related tasks when required
- Scanning/copying documents when required
- Ad hoc duties
