**Your Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the procurement of non-commodity goods and services for ADM entities affiliated in the Procurement Hub in the UK (mostly Pura Ltd and Packhall) including stock and non-stock items
- Adhere to strategic sourcing initiatives and cooperate on implementation of global contracts with strategic souring managers and local stakeholders
- Manage Purchase Requisitions and approve them, conduct competitive biddings
- Ensuring 100% compliance with the Global Non-Commodity Procure-to-Pay Policy
- The Buyer will adhere to KPI’s developed by the Purchasing Manager to track Procure-to-Pay metrics (POs before invoice, PO cycle time, on-time delivery, PO consolidation, and others), and collaborate with location colleagues to drive continuous improvement in these areas
- Partner with accounting teams, requestors, suppliers, warehouse managers in daily business
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cost reduction and cost containment
- Be proactive and take care of business continuity; build excellent relationships with stakeholders

**Your Profile**
- Preferably 2 years Purchasing experience
- Technology adept experience would be a plus (eProcurement and P2P systems, standard Office Suite)
- Basic knowledge of Strategy development
- Change Management experience would be an advantage
- Customer solutions focused and negotiations skills
- Communications (oral/written). Communicative English
- Ability to influence and lead outcome
- Relationship management and team oriented
