You will work as part of 0-5 team working towards improved public health outcomes for children and families in Gateshead delivering high quality universal and targeted health services to meet the key improvementpriorities.

The role will involve working within both community settings and including family homes.

Key aspects of the role include: Supporting health promotion planning and delivery, Multi-agency working to support children and families. You will be supporting interventions withfamilies including Breast Feeding, play, weaning, healthy eating and supporting children's development to name a few key areas.
