Visa Consulting and Analytics (VC&A) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, Visa Consulting and Analytics solves the most strategic problems for our clients.

Visa Managed Services (VMS) is an augmentation of Visa’s consultancy offering, supporting the execution and implementation of recommendations to help scale competitive advantage and operate to succeed in the digital age.

We are looking for a **Senior Product Solution Consultant** to form an integral part of our small central team supporting the shaping of our solution use cases, positioning these with our clients, and supporting the delivery of VMS engagements across Europe, working with some of the best consultants and clients in the banking and payment industry. We are passionate about providing an outstanding client experience, delivering Visa products and service offerings that improve efficiency and drive value for everyone

**What we expect of you, day to day.**
- Act as VMS SME in product delivery and support our sales channels in the markets as well as in the hub such as Product during technical pre-sales by leading the technical aspect of client conversations and also address any technical inquiries that may arise during contracting stage of sales lifecycle
- Support the VMS delivery team as well as client during the project execution by providing them mentorship and expertise where required.
- Support the delivery team in capturing knowledge and credentials, contributing to the standardisation of the use case.
- Support product and delivering team in Monitoring client’s performance against use case and projects delivery metrics
- Develop use cases, training, pricing, sales collaterals and where possible packaged solution and bundles in collaboration with the VCA practice areas and product SMEs.
- Work closely with multi-functional teams to support development of digital solutions that enable Visa to be the leading player across all of our geographies. This includes tailored solutions to launch across varied and / or complex markets
- Leverage findings across VMS projects to develop the offering and the Go-To-Market approach.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:
What we’re after
- An Engineering and consulting background, with solution architecture experience in Payments including ecommerce, digital and mobile payments, mobile platforms, systems integration and consumer payment journey.
- Solid understanding across a variety of web technologies including RESTful APIs, mobile and eCommerce payment technologies and message sets, including Network Tokenisation.
- Understanding of contactless and digital payment flows, including authentication, would be beneficial.
- Solid grasp of the digital payment ecosystem and its impact and benefits in client business and infrastructure.
- Experience of delivering digital payment solutions for organisations, with a solid background in Application Architecture and experience of platform integrations
- Customer driven mentality, with ability to drive project scope and influence sales outcome
- A passion for solving the problems of the future through innovation, technology & design to build better businesses for the future
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills and a demonstrable ability to influence and communicate optimally across regional and functional lines
