Our exclusive client is soon to relocate to Hornbeam Park in Harrogate and are looking for an Administrator who has a background in recruitment. The offices are being modernised which will make it a stunning working environment. The reason for the position is that they are expanding due to growth in the last year. The role is working Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm and you would be based in the offices full time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Switchboard duties, meeting and greeting of visitors on site.
- All administrative duties including interview confirmation letters, formatting CVs, raising of invoices/ terms and conditions, scanning documents onto the CRM etc.
- Place adverts & press releases on the Company website and other job portals to attract applicants.
- Managing the office calendar/diary management
- Ordering of office supplies and supplier management
- Managing the Office Holiday Calendar
- Booking of travel and accommodation to attend conferences and professional events.
- Credit control

**The Requirements**:

- Whilst current recruitment experience is highly desirable it is not essential, more important is 1+ years’ experience as an Administrator/Receptionist and you have worked in the recruitment industry
- A demonstrable track record of success within an administration/office support role
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is a must.
- Excellent use of word and CRM systems/databases is essential
- A sparkling personality with a real flair for working with people and strong interpersonal skills, plus the right can-do attitude is essential to join our motivated, high energy and positive team.
- Live in a commutable distance to the office and willing to work from the office to be an integral part of the team’s success.

**Salary**: £250,000.00 per year

- Harrogate, North Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
