SAP Pp Consultant

**The Company**
Nigel Wright are supporting an international manufacturing business who have an SAP team based of their offices in the North East, near Darlington. Running an ECC6 solution the client has developed their solution over the last 8 years, making use of a broadrange of SAP modules. In that time areas of the system has been rewritten and reconfigured in order to best meet the changing needs of the business.
**The Role**
As a Functional Consultant you will take responsibility for the PP modules, working closely with the business to identify areas for development and providing support to the system and users where necessary.
Duties will include;
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of PP
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
