What you'll do
This role offers a perfect opportunity for a cook to showcase their cooking talents. Reporting to the Chef, you'll provide support to four separate sites (all within 20 minutes walking distance of each other), creating nutritious, flavoursome and well-balancedmenus.
What you'll need
- Previous experience of working within in or around a professional kitchen.
- Passionate about serving quality food, and to be more than just a microwave technician.
- A commitment to food hygiene and health
- Knowledge of f stock control, ordering schedules, prep schedules, and storage processes
- Good planning and organisation skills
Other Information
Salary - £14.01ph - £15.11 (£25,500 to £27,500 depending on experience)
Hours - 35 hours
Working Pattern - 5 out of 7 days - Morning Shift (11am
- 7pm) or Evening Shift (1pm
- 9 pm)
Holidays - 28 days including bank holidays
