Reports To: Planning and Stocks Manager

Location: Teynham

Shift pattern: 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off

Role Summary:
To support the stocks team to keep accurate record of stocks and ensure all product is used and dispatched in line with date codes and residency requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily stock checks by using PR3 handheld device -scan and reconcile stock position.
- Count the warehouse fruits stock at the scheduled to ensure errors can be picked up quickly and rectified.
- Support Stock Controller with locating missing pallets, using provided tools (PR3 compact
- pallet audit).
- Identify overpacked or miss picked stock and alert the Stock Controller with relevant details.
- Ensure all goods received are organised into the correct locations, arranging appropriate stock movements where needed.
- Recognise the correct temperature and relevant storage for all stored fruits. Ensure that stock is always kept at the correct temperature.
- Work in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments
- Adhere to site clean as you go (CAYG) procedures, keep the warehouse clear and ensure any potential hazards are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Operate MHE for necessary stock movements to enable all locations are checked as required.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in processes to raise standards of performance.
- Ensure you following all Heath and Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance to all site rules and food safety requirements such as wearing correct PPE.
