Utilities Labourer

**What you will be doing**
We are recruiting for operatives and Team Leaders to work within our Utilities division at Rescue2 across Sussex, Kent, Surrey and on occasions nationwide 40 hours per week.

As a utilities Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all the work you undertake is completed to the correct safety and quality standards as directed by the Utilities Lead.

**We’re are ideally looking for you to have but full training provided**:

- Have experience/training in the utility industry.
- working on underground Drainage networks
- Be competent in your work.
- your initiative and problem-solve where repairs are required.
- Have good communication skills within the team and our customers/clients.
- Have a can-do, positive, right-first-time attitude
- remaining open to new ideas and change
- Work well as part of a team
- using your initiative
- You must be able to meet the physical demands of the role with the ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
- Be self-motivated and confident in completing tasks to the best of your ability.
- Must be able to pass a basic DBS check.

**Qualifications**:
Full UK Driving Licence (trailer experience preferred)

**Desirable**

HGV licence

Experience carrying out drainage surveys (CCTV/OS19X)

EUSR Water Hygiene

Abrasive wheels

First aid qualified.

Manual handling.
