Stock Administrator

We are looking for a Stock Administrator to join our Trafford Park team. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, any 5 from 7 on shift pattern 10 am-6 pm and 12 pm-8 pm.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Prepare and deliver annual stock takes
- Ensure the process for PI counting is maintained and remains fit for purpose
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the central integrity of depot stock files
- Ensure there are no breaches of stock OOD being despatched from depot and full cool chain process is adhered to on all stock within depot
- Manage daily report to ensure full tasks list completed daily in line with scheduled count cycles

What you need to succeed at GXO:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working in a complex, fast moving environment
- Experience in Warehouse Management Systems would be a bonus
- Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Excel
