**SCREENSHOT OF ROLE**
- Work with the Head of Marketing to focus on creating experiences that drive true, authentic community building and engagement, whilst also reflecting the brand identity
- Project management of brand activations and events from ground-level activations to guerilla marketing, pop-up shops and parties. Duties would include, but aren't limited to, ideation, location scouting and booking venues, briefing and sourcing of materials and props, building timelines and managing schedules, event coordination, team coordination, budget tracking
- Production and project management of photo shoots and social media content sessions - scouting and booking locations, building schedules, creating call sheets, sourcing and booking of models/creators
- Project management of PR agency - delivering assets, coordination products and communicating regular brand updates
- Support the team with creative brand copywriting as required
- Maintain a community-first approach, displaying a high level of enthusiasm for smaller scale guerilla style activations as well as larger-scale long-term projects
- Effectively work across key internal teams to ensure collaboration is smooth and deadlines are met
- Provide monthly post-campaign reviews and translate analysis into actionable key learnings for future activation planning
- Track and manage the budget accordingly, with a clear ROI mindset to truly optimise the impact of resources
- Analyse and translate performance, market trends, data, consumer needs and the competitive landscape into actionable insights that increase performance across our key channels
- Build and maintain an understanding of industry trends to make informed recommendations on brand and collection marketing briefs

**A GOOD FIT**
- A genuine love for the brand and understanding of our mission
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent project management and event coordination skills with proven experience of successfully executing activations, events and projects on time and in full
- Highly organised, self-sufficient with an ability to prioritise and drive multiple projects simultaneously
- Obsessed with trends and creating culture and trends through format, design and content-led experimentation
- Experience designing, developing and executing ambitious guerrilla marketing campaigns
- Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment
- People management experience desirable but not essential
- Eligible to work in the UK
