Applications are invited for a Fellow in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery. This is an excellent opportunity within the Shoulder and Elbow unit at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. This is a clinical and research fellowship that will provide experience in the full range of shoulder and elbow surgery, co-supervised by three consultants, Mr Adam Rumian, Mr Harpal Singh Uppal and Mr Angelos Assiotis. In addition, there is a full time Specialist upper limb surgeon that the fellow will have the opportunity to work with.

This is a fixed term appointment for 12 months based at Lister Hospital in Stevenage to commence at the beginning of October 2023. The post is full time with a fixed 1:6 Saturday theatre session to support upper limb trauma but no further on call commitments. The post is designed to provide a platform for a post CCT surgeon to make the next step towards working as a consultant. The post is paid at the Trust salary scaly for Senior Clinical Fellows and attracts a 50% pay supplement.
