In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Actioning assigned Support tickets, responding to inbound customer queries
- Appropriately log and analyse call content to identify common trends and underlying problems
- Performing diagnostics, utilising external and internal back-end systems
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve identified technical issues
- Configure hardware based on default settings and customer requirements

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- Monday - Friday (Shift pattern 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- £12,000 - £15,000 Per annum

- Proficiency in troubleshooting
- Have problem-solving abilities
- Have great communication skills - written and verbal
- Customer service skill - experience is beneficial
- Grade 4/C GCSE Maths and English or Level 2 Functional Skills
