As a finance apprentice, you will provide support to the finance officer in the successful execution of all required company-wide financial duties and tasks. The finance apprentice reports to the finance officer and operations and maintenance manager.

**What will the apprentice be doing?**

Duties & responsibilities:

- Sending out monthly and daily invoices to customers
- Sending out monthly statements to customers
- Sending out overdue account letters to customers
- Uploading customer invoices to individual portals
- Contacting customers to obtain or renew purchase orders
- Input Supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- General administration duties
- Credit card reconciliation
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Customer Credit Checks
- Mileage Form Management

And to assist with the following duties:

- Supplier payments
- Debtor & Creditor Analysis
- Project cost performances

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
- Level 2 Accounts/Finance Assistant at Stockton Riverside College.
- Functional skills Maths & English, if required.

**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**

An opportunity for a full-time position at the end of the apprenticeship.

**Working week**

40 hours, Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:15pm.
