- **Role Summary**_

**You will be responsible for providing co-ordination and support of our upcycled aircraft material sales, listing items on our website, stock control and customer enquiries. This role offers great opportunities for progression within the company, with potential for new challenges and responsibility.**
- To support the sale of products to our customers by accurately entering and maintaining critical data, such as part listings of aircraft materials and upcycled items onto our website database.
- Creating weekly reports for the Business Development Manager to present to Senior Management.
- Deputising for the Business Development Manager when necessary.
- To liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely shipping of orders
- To carefully handle each component and take clear photographs to upload on the database. Working hands on with aircraft material in a warehouse environment.
- Learning to identify potential material for upcycling projects.
- Liaising with the Media and Marketing team to promote product listings.
- Ensuring all necessary materials are well stocked within store area each day to optimise efficiency and productivity.
- Responding to customer enquiries/complaints professionally and escalating any concerns to the Business Development Manager.
- Organising stock using SKU numbers, to optimise efficiency for the shipping team.
- Effectively communicate with team members and other departments
- Managing own workload to meet department deadlines and KPIs.
- Be involved with and support any continuous improvement projects within the department.
- Any other duties associated with, or different from those specified above at the request of the Senior Management, or to meet the needs of the business demands.

**To be excellent in this role you will have/be**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with online sales, and working with WordPress an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and care
- Strong Data Inputting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task to deliver customer and business expectations.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Honest, respectful with high level of integrity

**Salary**: £25,320.00-£29,055.00 per year
