- What will the Assistant Restaurant Manager do?- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to provide feedback and advice on the store.
- Motivate and lead shifts to consistently achieve results.
- Assist with ongoing staff training.
- Work with the manager to help resolve any issues that may arise.
- Set an example and provide customers with a first-class experience.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards across the store.

What skills does the Assistant Restaurant Manager require?- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Recognize and reward staff efforts and achievements.
- Strong customer service experience, preferably with 2 years in a busy restaurant environment.
