With warehousing based in Evesham, Worcestershire, and our contact centre based in Barrowford, Lancashire, Plumbworld has been trading online since 1999, serving over a million public and trade customers.

**Hours of work**:37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 10am - 6.30pm.

**Rate of Pay**:Starting salary is £24,950 moving to £26,950 after a successful 6 month probation. Plus, bonus scheme payable monthly based on sales value taken over the telephone.

**Onto the nitty gritty**
Taking inbound sales calls from the general public and those operating in the repairs and renovation market

Processing customer orders and helping with product enquiries

No cold-calling is required

**We’d like to meet someone with**
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
Customer focussed
Previous experience in a telesales role is required
Knowledge of bathroom and plumbing products is preferable but not essential
