Saw Operator

REP-TEC manufacture recycling equipment including balers, compactors, conveyors and recycling robots. They provide a complete end to end solution for their customers, from initial consultation through design & installation, and aftersales service

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain various tools such as band saws, pillar drills, and hand tools.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and schematics to determine materials required, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Measure, mark, and cut materials to specified dimensions using band saws and hand tools.
- Drill holes in materials using pillar drills and other hand tools.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience operating band saws, pillar drills, and hand tools in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable but not essential.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
