Part of the Likewise Group. Likewise Rugs & Matting is the home of established businesses William Armes Ltd and Bruce Starke based in Sudbury, Suffolk.

We are looking for a motivated person to engage with our factory team. Flexibility is key as roles may vary according to workload.
- **Skills required**:_
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Working in a team but also using your own initiative to work independently.
- Physically fit, capable of manual handling
- The ability learn picking/order system
- Good accuracy and numeracy skills
- A proven ability to prioritise and organise workload

Certain roles within the factory do require some lifting/manoeuvring of heavy goods.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07.30-16.30 & Friday 07.30-13.30.

Starting wage £11.44 per hour
- 39 hour week with opportunities for overtime.

21 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays paid.
