This role is perfect for a versatile creative who can work their magic across digital, print and motion. It’s a diverse role where you’ll work closely with colleagues across our Retail Team to produce outstanding design and artwork supporting our busy high street shops, marketing, and e-commerce activities.

**What will a day in the life of a Retail Designer involve?**
- Providing creative design solutions to meet the strategic and business needs of the Retail department, looking for opportunities and ways to innovate.
- Creating print and digital assets for use in store and online.
- Bringing the organisation’s mission to life in a relevant and compelling way for retail customers and donors.
- Being a key role in project groups, advising on creative concepts, design, and branding.
- Providing design advice and art working support for our bought-in-goods range and e-commerce activity.

**What will you need to be a successful Retail Designer?**
- Relevant qualification or experience in a graphic design role.
- Great layout skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Significant experience working with Macs, Adobe CC and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of marketing channels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

This role offers flexibility for the location but there is an expectation for you to spend time with our (award-winning) Content Team in London as part of your induction.
