Primary Teaching Assistant - Eastbourne - Full-time - Start September 2022

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and inspirational individual to join our clients team with proven track records in achieving high standards of quality.

**No experience working with young people? No problem **Our client provides excellent support & they are always in search of people that have the right mentality, home experience or transferrable skills from other sectors (hospitality, retail, customer service, care & medical, e.g.).

Key areas of responsibility:

- Supporting the delivery of lessons
- Working closely with individual pupils on a 1:1 basis to support their learning.
- Assisting group learning & activities
- Promoting and enabling social development opportunities
- Promoting positivity & ensuring a safe learning environment

Desirable:

- Experience of working with students with a range of complex needs, including ASC or Emotional, Social and Attachment related needs.
- Experience working with behaviour & the use of interventions/strategies in education

Primary Teaching Assistant - Eastbourne - Full-time - Start September 2022 (or as close to it as possible)
