The Stickman Consultancy is hiring

We're a small marketing agency based in Hale, Cheshire and specialise in working with schools (mainly independent schools, but state too). Due to the high demand for our services from our school clients, the Stickman Squad needs an extra pair of hands in the form of a full-time (term time), employed Executive Assistant. Tasks will include:

- Administration (knowledge of Google Drive and Google Slides/spreadsheets/Docs)
- Client onboarding and happiness
- Financial administration (knowledge of Xero accounting software)
- Sales & marketing support

- Time management
- Organisational
- Multitasking
- Ability to prioritise jobs
- Proactive (e.g. in spotting what is needed to help the team or in seeing ways of doing things better)
- Attention to detail
- A 'can do' attitude
- Self-starter

**Knowledge of the following is desirable but not essential**:

- Marketing experience
- Teachable
- Active Campaign
- Wordpress
- Video editing
- Social media scheduling
- Canva
