**Experienced Warehouse Supervisor**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experience warehouse supervisor looking join an established, and growing Company. Tiger Tim Products Ltd is the global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of Firelighters and BBQ products.

You will be joining a team of 5 counterbalance drivers, and 5 EHPT operatives, who will work under your supervision. This role is pivotal in ensuring the flow of supplies to and product from the production halls, to enable “on time” outbound despatches.

The role required the warehouse supervisor to be able to work both day and night shifts on a rotational basis, when required. Your normal working week would be Monday - Thursday inclusive 07:00 - 16:00, and Friday 08:00 - 14:00.

As warehouse supervisor you will report to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager and deputise in their absence.

Key Accountabilities:

- Plan and manage daily operational tasks, assigning resources and setting priorities.
- Ensuring raw materials and packaging are issued to production in a timely manner to avoid any line downtime.
- Ensuring the correct quantities of raw material and packaging are used against the production order, whilst ensuring unused packaging is correctly processed and stored.
- Conducting physical inventory checks, in line with the perpetual stock check schedule.
- Inputting inventory checks onto the system and investigate any stock discrepancies.
- Input completed intake paperwork and check sheets onto the Company systems, ensuring all inbound deliveries are checked on arrival, quantities are correct, and any discrepancies are recorded and reported.
- Maximise resources including staff, equipment, and space to achieve continuous improvements within the department.
- Manage and develop the warehouse team to ensure cross functional skills of all warehouse rolls, and to ensure the team can meet the demands of the business.
- Ensure all staff work in a safe manner and that adherence to timekeeping and breaks is maintained.
- Management of all pallets.
- Completion of regular team briefs and toolbox talks.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept neat and tidy, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Ensure daily safety checks are completed on all the vehicles prior to use.

The Person:

- Experience of leading a team in a busy warehouse.
- Knowledge of warehouse scanning systems.
- A knowledge of despatch planning, documentation, and loadings.
- You will be target driven, and able to lead and motivate others, and believe you can make a difference.
- You will possess problem solving capabilities, be an excellent communicator, and an eye for detail.
- Hold a current counterbalance forklift licence.
- A Full UK Driving Licence
